Once your booking is confirmed you’ll receive a new client intake and a detailed Symptom Burden Assessment. Plan for about 25 to 35 minutes. Completing both a few days before your session means we spend our time together actually working through your picture, not building it from scratch

During

We start with you—what’s been going on, what’re your biggest health goals and what do you need most to get there. Then we review your Symptom Burden together in real time, and what felt disconnected starts making sense. For most women this is the first time their symptoms have been mapped visually by system, and the connections that have felt invisible finally come into view. We name your top three priorities in the order that addresses your foundational needs first, so everything you build on top of it actually holds. You leave with a starting point built for your real life, not a life overhaul.

After

Within 24 hours you’ll receive your personalized Metabolism Map: your symptom pattern mapped out, your priorities in sequence, and your starting point designed for immediate implementation. If one or two targeted supplements fit your specific picture they will be included with exact guidance. Two weeks later we meet for 30 minutes to check in on how that first step is landing and answer what has come up, and look at what comes next

Why I built this session.

I spent my 20s as a professional dancer and actress in Hollywood. Britney Spears music videos, national commercials, lead roles in indie films. From the outside it looked like exactly what I had worked for. Underneath I was quietly falling apart. Chronic infections, hormonal chaos, anxiety and depression I could not explain. I kept showing up. I kept performing. I had no idea what was actually happening. Years later I landed in a mold-contaminated house in Northern California and spent two years building a toxin load I could not see. By the time Lyme disease was diagnosed I had been essentially my own client for months, figuring out in real time what actually had to come first.

I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, GAPS Practitioner, and Certified Transformational Health Coach. What I could not learn in any training was what two and a half years as my own hardest case taught me. What built this session was not the certifications. It was figuring out what healing is actually built on. This session is that starting point.

  • After booking you will receive a new client intake form and a Symptom Burden Assessment through your client portal. Plan for about 25 to 35 minutes to complete both. The more specific and honest you are, the more I can bring to our time together. Complete both at least five days before your session so I have time to review your full picture and prepare your map before we get on the call

What that model is not designed to include is the coaching layer: the ongoing support, the personalized framework for implementation, and the real-time adjustments that happen when life gets in the way of the protocol.
